He did his masters in Philosophy and had experience with qualification in media, research, grassroots social work, poet, writer and deep analytical studies in BPL.

He had good sense for poetry, art, culture and sciences. As, he belongs from Multan, he is proud for his background as colorful culture, wisdom, love and romance for feeling and inspiration.

The basic element in his personality is pain for society which makes him a philosopher and a social worker. This pain gives his philosophy of life a new direction of love and romance. Now, he feels love for the persons totally ignorant for their identification, no Identity cards, no education no home and without basics of life. This philosopher and poet becomes their leader and refuse for regular life luxuries like others. He stays with them and spends time with them to understand what causes and reasons are existing to make them satisfy this brutal and vicious life.

Now, he was spending time with them, making movies of them and trying to deliver his knowledge but he was feeling, there is still need to do more.

With media, he has experience of more than five years as Deputy Director, Concept Developer and Script writer in many productions. He did these particular media exercises e.g.

Work as Creative Asst. Director & Script writer and Concept Developer from 2006 in Jigger’s Vision Production and did a lot.

He did more than eighteen years work on, Mother and Child Health Program, Education for Rural Development Program, Democratic Process for Women Program, Peace and Inter-Faith Harmony Program, Cultural Heritage Program, Social Mobilization, Group, Formation and Capacity Building Program, Mass Awareness Campaign for Peace, Sustainable Agriculture and Farmers Rights Program, Gender Sensitization Program, Grass Root Democracy Program and Community Physical Infrastructure Development Programs etc.                                             

He delivers his services in these lines and directions;

• Social Marketing
• All type of Correspondence.
• Facilitating the appointment of individuals to the project delivery teams
• Ensuring that the delivery of new products or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the Program plan and Program governance arrangements
• Ensuring that there is efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the project portfolio 
• Managing both the dependencies and the interfaces between projects
• Managing risks to the Program, mitigation and successful outcome
• Initiating suitable actions and other management interventions wherever gaps in the Programs are identified or issues arises
• Reporting progress of the program at regular intervals to the program officerss
• Facilitate and coordinate M&E unit
• Build coordination with Government institution
• Conducted Skill Development Training Workshops on (Conceptualization  of Development, Participatory Development, Report writing, Leadership skills, Local Resource Mobilization, Participatory Proposal Writing  and Technical Skill Enhancement Training Workshops on Health, Education, Environmental projects Panning, Entrepreneurship Development, Net working and Advocacy Skills with CBOs, NGOs and Local Government’s representatives
